i found the location very convenient near jardin luxembourg and many eateries. the staff were friendly and efficient attending to my needs promptly. the room i had included a comfortable bed and a functional shower it met my expectations for a short stay.
the elevator was temporarily out of service i walked up to the upper floors it was slightly inconvenient

The room i had was quite small for two people. The smell in the hallway and stairwell was strange. the old iron and ironing board were subpar, too. the room felt cramped.

i enjoyed the hotel's proximity to major attractions, it was a simple walk. the staff were very helpful and spoke english well (charming!). the room upgrade provided a spacious environment and a juliette balcony. i found the breakfast good, it set me up for the day.
i noticed the carpets showed some wear, just a minor detail.
